You don’t love an alcoholic by feeding them beer in the same way you don’t love a broken, troubled person by having that rest of the world adapt to their lifestyle.
Love is to help. Love is hard work. When you love to advocate and encourage unhealthy behavior or acts you’re not helping. You’re just accommodating.
