To share is to live

I was thinking about conflict and why relationships succeed or fail.

It's all about sharing.

Under normal circumstances, sharing is balanced. But when someone's having a bad day, they need to share more. If the other person starts competing for space, things collapse.

The secret? Flexible sharing. Some days you talk more, some days you listen more. Problems arise when someone always dominates or never opens up.

This applies beyond conversations. We constantly divide our attention between work, relationships, and self-care. Each decision is about how much to share and where.

When things go wrong, I ask: "Should I share more or less right now?" The answer usually appears instantly.

Life is just balancing what we give and take - in words, objects, and time.
